Now in it’s 9th year the Parkinson's NSW Unity Walk & Run has raised over $1,000,000 for people living with Parkinson’s, their carers and family.
The Unity Walk and Run is the perfect day out with family and friends. The event’s focus is a leisurely 4km stroll for a great cause that everyone can participate in. We also have many distance runs that all ages can compete in. The day gives a voice to all those living with or touched by Parkinson’s.
- There are over 80,000 Australians living with Parkinson’s disease, which is the second most common degenerative neurological condition.
- There is currently no known cause or cure.
FUNDRAISING is a vital part of the activities so make sure to sign up for an online fundraising page and let your family and friends know that you will be taking part in this important day and try our $200 Challenge.
